"We were waiting in the lobby 15 minutes before 11:00. the pickup time, expecting the driver to come inside. He didn't. Then we waited outside and I called the company. We left at 11:30. Though the driver announced to us that we could stop if we needed to, it would have been thoughtful of the company to offer each of us at least a bottle of water for what we paid for the ride. We appreciated the driver loading and unloading our luggage as we are elderly. Initially it seemed he was hesitant about handling luggage until he saw us."
